and also from Widows of Defence Personnel for grant of Short Service Commission (SSC) in the Indian Army in all Arms/ Services. Course commencing in April 2017 at Officers Training Academy (OTA),Chennai, Tamil Nadu. :

• 48th SSC (Technical) for Men :  150 posts in various Engineering streams, Age : 20-27 years
• 19th SSC (Technical) Women : 20 posts in various Engineering streams, Age : 20-27 years
• Widows of Defence Personnel : 01 post, Age : 19-29/20-31 years
• Pay Scale : PB-3 Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs.5400 and MPS Rs.6000/-
